1st half was really good and fast paced

1st half was really good and fast paced. The 2nd half was dragging and boarding. Not worth of spending my time and money.

Karuppu does a solid job holding its own

Karuppu does a solid job holding its own and balancing its strengths throughout the story. The film knows when to pull viewers into its emotional and action-driven moments and when to ease back, which helps the pacing stay steady enough to remain engaging. While it is not necessarily a movie I would rush to rewatch, I stayed invested enough to appreciate what it was trying to accomplish overall. The film clearly feels geared toward an audience already connected to this style of storytelling, and those viewers will probably appreciate the emotional themes and action much more deeply. However, newcomers may struggle at times because parts of the narrative can feel confusing or difficult to fully connect with. The movie does manage to pull you back in whenever it starts drifting, but it never fully locks your attention for long periods. Overall, Karuppu has enough emotional depth and action to stay entertaining, even if it never becomes unforgettable or universally gripping overall.
